I am completing my express entry profile and came across the following question, Date you became eligible to practice this profession. Can I mention the date I received my CPA license. Although, I have been working in accounting for many years before that so I am confused with what I should answer?

I think the form is only meant to facilitate you to request your transcripts. My university did not sign either
