I sent an email this morning and got the answer below: The email containing instructions on how to download your certificate will be sent to you post-ceremony and only once you have taken the Oath of Citizenship. So we'll receive after ceremony, I hope.

mine is tomorrow, also Scarborough Office. Have you received the email with instructions to download the certificate before the ceremony?

I'm with no update since February 12. two months and all i have is test completed. so frustrating.

my GU was March 30, which was a Saturday, and other people got it too. Is it not weird that they were working on a Saturday?
