Would there be a form or process he would need to go through to come back to Canada? I'm assuming he wouldn't just show up at the airport.

I am happy to say that they finally accepted our third set of photos! My partner now has his COPR and we plan to land in August. Thanks to everyone for your help with my questions along the way! Good luck to everyone :)

Thank you Survivor27! That is a good idea. The second set we sent we didn't include the request email but wrote little cover letter with our file number and a line stating "new photos as per request". We will submit these photos with a copy of the email from them. We actually have gotten these...

Just an update on my message above. We just got an email specifying the second set of photos were also NOT the correct size. Third time lucky hopefully! We will bring a ruler and make sure we don't leave the photoshop with the wrong size again haha Also, in the PPR email it says you have 30...

Ah that sucks but it's good it was only one of you and not all. Hopefully you don't get the others denied. We could've had ours redone for free if we had the previous receipt on us. We had left it at home as here in Aus opening hours are HORRIBLE so we had rushed to the photo shop after work...
