Thanks for your reply. Phils does not have divorce so a Filipino who got divorced while in Canada would still be considered married in the Phils, if I understand right. Singapore is just an example if thinking of getting married legally. What is cenomar?

How long can one be covered by OHIP if out of the country(Canada) more than 6 mos. This is a Canadian citizen receiving disability pension already since 2017, but ODSP was cut off upon leaving the country.
