Did anyone receive a request letter from IRCC to pay for the biometric after the application has been submitted?

How long will it take for the request to pay for biometrics and BVL will update after AOR (CEC application) Please suggest

I also submitted my cec application post June 14 and the system did not ask me to pay for the new biometrics. Let's see if they ask later to pay or not. Please share the updates if you receive anything.

I think you can make changes to your application until you submit it.
