I had sent that one before the permanent one though because I wasn't organized yet with all the paperwork. But from what I hear it would've been refused anyway. Too "high risk" where we were married.

Do you mean after the AOR from VO? I'm wondering when I will request notes. Just sent app in dec. ecas says VO received same date. But AOR came jan 16. Should I say 2-3 months from now? Thoughts anyone! :)

My SMS' have not been getting to my husband since yesterday either. I'm also with Rogers. When I call they asked me to do a network reset and told me if that didn't work it was an issue with etecsa. (Reset didn't work). If it ends up working for you could you keep me posted? I'd appreciate it...
