My application is not in the category of those that can be tracked. I only have GCKey.

T Thanks a lot. I am currently outland but should be landing on a Work Permit in late September. I guess I'll just keep raising webforms till that time. Hopefully I'll get a decision before that time. Otherwise, I'll probably try the MP option again after I land.

You simply need to install the Viber app from google play store and complete the registration. Afterwards, call IRCC phone number, you will be connected.

I did send multiple webforms. The responses have been the statutory 'we are processing your application, we will send you a message if we need additional information...' automated emails.
