They sent us the instructions before the decision was made on ecas. But yes they requested for a copy of the passport and photos.

We also got approval! Decision finalized on ecas today!

We had a message on our online application and there was an attachment with a letter that stated our ARC was approved and to send the remaining documents.

Thanks! We submitted the fees end of September. The letter states it was approved February 17th but the letter is dated March 7th. So about 5 months.

We received a notification last week that are our ARC has been approved!! We just need to submit the remaining documents (photos etc.) and they will send the COPR!

Okay that makes sense now. We've been waiting for 5 months now so I hope we don't have to wait much longer. Post an update if you do hear back.

Does anyone know how long the wait is after you have paid the RPRF to get COPR? Our visa office is Vienna, and we paid the fees back in November 2016 after being requested for them, and submitted ARC fees/information in September 2016. Preferably if anyone has been through the ARC process...

We paid the requested ARC fee on September 29th, 2016. We then paid the requested repayment of removal fees on November 21st, 2016. The next day we got a request to pay the Right for Permanent Residence Fee. Does this mean our ARC was approved, as in the emails requesting the remaining fees it...
