i am fine with 6+ month of waiting for oath. For OCI - slot appointment are full, walking queue taking 1+ day ( people waiting overnight ) and postal OCI application will add another 2-4 weeks to processing time.

Visa stamping time in Aug for delhi visa office was around 8 days.

Send an enquiry mail to canada high commission delhi last week. Don't get any reply from them.

gone for medical around 15/June...not very sure about validity. No update for today....same status displayed on VFS website

get PCC for address mentioned in your passport, if you are planning to take it from passport office. for any address other than that, it will take 2-3 weeks.

I submitted the same, and it worked for me. I created a cover letter mentioning that I don’t have a birth certificate and sending following document in support of that.

They accept 10th certificate as date of birth proof if it contains applicant name, dob and parents name. I submitted the same, and it worked for me. Plz mention in cover letter that you don’t have a birth certificate and you are sending following document in support of that.

Received VO change request today :) They have responded to my mail send on 19/08. I have 30 days to submit my passport.
