I got the PPR last week and handed in the PP on Friday. Yes Ottawa requested for passport 9 months after winning the appeal. My appeal process has been disgustingly slow. So annoying!

how long does it take to get your passport back with Visa after passport has been requested? just wondering if we should book the ticket or wait until passport is back?

I wouldn't wait for the refusal letter...you have 30 days to file the appeal and you can do it without the refusal letter. each case is different but can be from anywhere from 2-3 years....some have gone longer. just have to be patient and keep yourself busy.
