WOW! Almost exactly my timeline. Only my assessment took a lot more time (13th November). Still waiting for a verdict. Getting a bit frustrated to be honest.

My Decision In Progress status crossed 2 week time span. I emailed OINP, they said the time mentioned in the website for processing is just an average time. Now I'm very much confused when this status will change and when I'll get a definitive answer.
