I’m stuck since 2023 August Exact same situation, paper applications have visibility and they are horribly slow. 245 days and counting.

Give it a couple of weeks , it will work.

I applied PGWP extension due to passport expiry via paper application on Aug 31st, 2023, no updates at all. Somehow all paper applications are extremely delayed. Please post if someone has received an update.

where do I get the correspondence letter from?

Isn’t your employer asking for an updated work permit? How are you able to work? can you work with applied status? I applied for extension on aug 31st PGWP ext ( because my passport expired) , I have received no updates.

You can call IRCC they will help you link it to your online portal. May I know when you applied for your extension?
