I didn't use any representative. I did it myself . Sent in more pics . Some print out from internet and answered questions .. then my husband was called.. I had requested to have full Arabic interpreter for him so he can explain and he did wonderful job. Within four hours is done and I was told...

This appeals process is nothing but garbage...I been waiting since Oct. last year and was given nothing but a damn run around b the appeals board in Vancouver.ever time I call..they tell me something else..Three weeks ago I was told I would get m hearing this Oct-last week now im told it wont...

i did that all..and during his interview he gave them over 400 pages of proof and it was tossed aside for nothing...

thats mine too..I called them and sent letters ever few days to find out what to do..the will tell u ..but u have to bug them..

email is not work..find ur office of appeal and call or write letters..lots of them..call and tell them ur client id number to chheck ur file.....
