Yes it depends on your BC and reply to VO from your country information agencies.

Really sorry for that but please my advice here is to write an e-mail to the respective visa office to consider your case. INSHAA ALLAH something would be done. Do it once.

I suggest you to discuss your case first any immigration renowned lawyer and then file an appeal against LVO. It would be better one.
