So ours was AOR DEC 14th, In progress as of Jan 25th, DM on Jan 27th. Visa issued on Jan 25th but we got it feb3rd, interview was waived~ no PPR since Passport was already sent in earlier.

Ayad, don't worry too much, we're all in the same boat. It's all in the hands of the VO right now. There really is very little we can do to help expedite the process. It isn't that nothing is happening but that it is nearing Christmas and Year end, the VO is busily doing their job before...

oh I don't think it works that way... I think it is the VO time and sponsor approve timeframe are seperate. It would be too easy otherwise.

yup, i tracked it via priorty CP, and I know CP treats priorty extreme high. August sent 18th, arrived 19th. Usually CP scans all of them first thing in the morning so it'll be like 8:30 am for everyone. lol
