Thank you! By looking at BC PNP guide, looks like there are two requirement- Indeterminate job offer( no end date)+ Full time employment (least an average of 30 hours per week, year-round). So I don't understand what makes an casual employee not eligible if both requirement per the guide is met.

I don't need it on urgent basis so i think Service Canada is fine.. however will they still mail it even if its office is just beside my home? thank you!
