It's asking for your birth certificate, not your father's. It's used to prove that you are your father's child.- mikko008

How do you guys sign the IMM5476 form. Electronically (i.e. typing your and your parents' names) or with wet signature (print, sign, and scan)? The guide says electronically but I've seen some troubling threads from other people that they signed electronically but then got a letter from IRCC...- mikko008

I believe that only the applicants (your parents) need to submit copy of passport/travel documents. You, the sponsor, are not required to submit your passport.- mikko008
