Hi, I took IME in April 2013, and still my status on e-CAS is "In Process" and not expounded with details. Is this normal. I thought I should see something like Medical Results received.... Though the visa offices vary, roughly when should I expect VISA issuance after medical ?

Hi, Yes, from the CID Headquarters, somewhere near Muthaiga. I only carried my ID then I took to the visa office the papers that I was given (the certificate and the finger-prints). Hope this answers you.

Yes, this is correct. I paid for my new born application fee and my VO indicated that they do not accept payment made online. So I had to repay, and submitted refund. So, my recommendations is unless otherwise, please use the instructions for your VO on how you should make payments.
