Hi, it took them around 2weeks to fix the name on there system. however the visa office in the Philippines considered the name on the letter of my husband and we just let them know that IRCC will fix them soon. That's why they allowed him to proceed with biometrics. Try calling IRCC again just...

hi I have the same issue with my husband's name(PA) before. We sent webforms like 3 times, then i called ircc here in canada. they confirmed that they received the webform and will update the name on their system later on. they gave us a go signal to do the biometrics even the name on the letter...

The 12months means, since the day they received our applications... though we got our VO transfer already, it still shows the remaining months to complete the 12months target. So, same here... 9 months to go.. we'll just have to keep the faith.

Very well said @alaria .. 12months processing time is already a blessing to us 2019 applicants. My friend waited 7years before and they were very patient.
