Maybe not everybody gets an AWB number..but in my case I did.. maybe because it was an emergency. About getting the passport 4-5 days after your ecas changed to Decision made, it didn't happen to us it took 2 weeks I think it took nearly 3 weeks however at that time a there was a strike.

Hi, From my experience the interview was just in English, if you speak French then maybe they can speak to you in French. I was the principal applicant and I was the only one who got interviewed, my husband was never requested to be interviewed. Regards, MapleDreamer

Thanks, Marcha1982. I'm a bit puzzled as to why they have requested for your passport so late. For me, I received the request around two months after I submitted the medicals. With regards to sending emails, I believe that me sending them emails helped a lot in getting our passport back soon...

Hi Marcha1982, Have your ECAS not changed also? You can try sending them email, just bombard them with email. I didn't have the exact situation like yours when I had to email them several times but I did actually got a response from them. We needed our passports because my sister-in-law...

I think it's best to just wait for them to write to you and tell you what is next to be done, which is for sure your Medicals.
