Well it was more of a request- for the medical/police checks & RPRF. Have you been asked to send these ? Might be and idea to contact your local MP office and ask them to get in contact ?? We did that last year and they got an update from London within the week.

I dont think that the File number (starting with "B") always changes... I have had the same file number with London office since we first applied and throughout the appeal process.
