Hi @scylla , My sister has an active US visit VISA and we're applying for her Canadian visitor visa now. On the new portal, under supporting docs only her US visa and passport copy are requested. Do we need to attach any other optional docs?

I sent an email to OttawaNIV@state.gov (found it on the embassy website)

I’m not very sure but response email from Ottawa mentioned this: ‘Please note mail in applications are taking 4-6 weeks to process.’

sent an email asking to enable ‘Register to send documents’ option for me as I did not have then option when I paid the fee on July 16th 2021. Just followed @swan0206's suggestion...

Sent an email this morning and just got a response back from Ottawa. They cancelled my appointment and reset my status to 'Send Documents'.

I sent a webform with medical confirmation around same timeframe, on Feb 5th, NO response yet.
