hi, I got an email from CIO this afternoon confirming PER, and that the application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing. The online status still only shows that the application has been received (on May 19th) - maybe it will take some time to update. thanks junkax

Rabb Priya, you need not affix the photo to the form. You need to put write down name, DOB, date taken on all the photos, and on one of them, add height and eye colour. Just put the photos in an envelope, write down name and DOB on the envelope, and attach the envelope to the form.
