My only problem is if I can apply for PRTD with an expired COPR. or is there any other process

I’m yet to receive my first PR card and in my case the COPR I received is only valid for 2 months. I have been living in Canada for past 5 years

I'm in same situation too please let me know if you get an info on processing times for PRTD in India

Unfortunately you can not apply for PRTD while residing in Canada, PRTD needs to be applied from outside Canada
