Canada still offers conditional offer letters for students doing improvement in particular subjects ?

Please reply i am really confused :-(

I want to know that still canada provides conditional offer letters for education ? As i had passed +2 with non-med stream but i was not able to score good in maths so i want to give improvement exam for same but i want to apply for september intake. So for that can i get conditional offer...
