You should print all the pages of letter thats what I did,. On you photos Write you name and date of birth at the back of the photos. Make sure you fill up your annex a for your miling address. Dont fill up the return envelope

Did you check your email like spam folders? If you are using googles check your promotion folder or updates folder. When I got my ppr it was under promotions folder lucky just happened I checked my email that day
