Opt for speedy Delivery services bcuz in normal delivery you couldnt track ur consignment and u never know whr it is and wen it will reach and in india one of my friend didnt get his report at all so he requested another copy.

I think CIC is going to upgrade the IELTS minimum score level also....maybe 7 in all like Australia. I don't know just my wild guess.

Yes Of course you can write in Upper case but remember that if you have to write Roman letters then Don't forget to write them in Capitals too.....

2113 is my NOC..... bu now getting late o filing my application.

I gave at Hyderabad on oct 2nd ....My results too postponed due to some routine analysis. They sent a mail to me.
