To inform friends here, my application couldn't make into the cap of 0631. Last night i got an email stating that my application is being returned because cap for 0631 reached to its full.

Today my ecas status changed to In Process n says my application was received on 22nd September by CIC. Do you guys think that it's within the cap of 0631?? As I understand, your highness got PER for his application which reached there on 15th Sept. Kinda confused.

Damn...... my luck. Again I got late by 1 week. Pre July also cap reached one week before my application was received at CIC. Again this time my application reached there on 21st Sept and I am short by one week. Godddddddddd.

Not sure about making to cap your highness. It seems all calculations are vague. In my last application attempt, I couldn't make it to the cap. I was a borderline case. Anyways let us be positive and hope for the best.

Hi guys, My application under NOC 0631 reached CIC on 22.09.11. Long way to go for me. DD encashment and PER/ NER process was pretty faster in M2 than in M3. It seems, M3 process is very slow.

Not at all. IELTS is mandatory. If you don't send the IELTS with application, CIO will return your documents. So wait for IELTS.
