@ rabbit_chico yes DHL ang nagdedeliver (or like in my case their affiliate WWW Express). Authorization plus a valid ID would do if you will not be in your place if youR passport is delivered (just like I did). You can just wait for it to be delivered. To all DM last July 1, 2010, THIS WEEK...
