Please keep your current PR application and check with your province! I am afraid that the Province may refuse to offer you the second nomination regardless that you are eligible. They don't want to give more than 1 nomination for 1 person.

It is better if you got AOR. However, you can apply BOWP with your nomination certificate of your province. Remember to explain that you did apply PR and still waiting, attach with IRCC automated email confirming you applied your PR application (with receipt of payment). It should be fine. You...
