    PGWP after course’s duration changed

It was this piece of information that got me worried: Note: If the officer notes that the duration of studies was shorter than the duration of the program, as indicated in the letter confirming the completion of the program of study, and the program was not completed in an accelerated form...

    PGWP after course’s duration changed

Hi! So, I’m currently enrolled in a 2 year-program at Seneca College. This year, however, the course will run non stop, without a summer break, meaning we’ll be studying the winter, summer and fall terms. This reduces our course duration to 16 months, instead of the original 24. What I’d like...

Em primeiro lugar, parabéns! Olha, eu nunca tinha ouvido falar numa situação assim.

    Refusal ground

I don’t think you read my answer properly.

    Refusal ground

You need to assess the refusal grounds on which the VO denied your application and work better on them.

    Refusal ground

Refusal ground is the reason(s) why a VO (Visa Officer) refuses an application. You do not need one and hopefully you will not get one.

Study plan related question - college first, then university

Rule of thumb is be honest on your application. Be clear on your objectives and reasons to why your chose that academic course. This is your best chance. I’d say also explain what you plan to do when you go back to you country - prove strong ties, show motivation to return. Best of luck.

Is it too risky? I need advice! :)

You absolutely have to explain your intention on your SOP. However, be sure the VO will take everything under consideration, not only your SOP. So, if you are well covered, I’d say go for it and hope for the best. Good luck!

Hey, thanks for asking. It all worked out fine. Already sent my passports to VFS. What about you?

Apliquei pra minha study permit e meu marido aplicou pro open work permit. Fica...

    Post Baccalaureate or Bachelor Diploma?

    Post Baccalaureate or Bachelor Diploma?
