Dear Friends... I visiting this thread after so many days. I was pleased to see the progress. I have submitted my complete Application to CHC ISLAMABAD on 5 Apr.12

You don't need to send IELTS result with your initial application to CIO.... It will be required when you submit your complete application to concerned CHC.

I applied under the same NOC ie 4131 and received the AOR after 67 days. The average time is 60 to 70 days. At Nova Scotia, the applications are marked to different officers, that is why some people get AOR after 60 days while the others in 70 days. Wish you best of LUCK.

@zeba812 What is the news about your AOR? I had made few mistakes in my initial application to NS and was very worried until I received the AOR. Insha Allah you will also receive it very soon...
