I had sent the passports by Aramex (with return airbill) directly to the embassy. The passports and COPR were dispatched by the embassy the same day it was approved. I collected my passports the next day from the local Aramex office.

ADVO has a waiting period of at least 22-24 days as of now probably because ADVO handles visa stamping for all middle eastern countries. My passports took 27 days from submission to delivery.
