Hey everyone... I just got mail from Buffalo asking me to pay the fees for the right of permanent residence for my husband.... I believe I am on the last months of waiting... I dont know but I am very happy to heard from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : )

Hey Thanks! I sent my app on November 23rd was received on November 29th Sponsor app January 8th Then transferred to buffalo and got the File Number on Feb 5th. that was the date they started I guess.. Got a letter saying that they got My Med and FBI's in March since that.. no more.... are...

Hello everyone.. My husband's application was received on Februay 3rd, 2011 the day we sent the application we included his medicals and FBI docs ... We got notification that they got all his documents but when we go online it just says Permanent Residence Application Status -- In Process...

6.5 months - In process - Buffalo Office Cant wait! : (

I see : ( but tell me how long it took your application process.. when did you applied and it was that for your spouse?

I have heard that is better to go to buffalo and get your visa stamped the same day.. that is what my husband will do : )
