Clément007: every thing will be ok. You are not doing anything wrong by paper, all you need to do is forward all the evidences of your attempt to renew the status. The LA office will review the documents again and they will realize that nothing wrong with your file. This happen to me once too...

@gauravyaksh: have you tried to ask Buffalo the tracking number? perhaps they have something similar so you can track down the mail? and perhaps you can also try to check it with the post office canter in your home town. it happen to me once, I sent important mail to my dad and he didn't get...
