well, it's not a common sense to me considering that my eCas says that they sent a letter just so u know!!!! geeez!!

the letter says that u have sent your inquiry to CIC Nova Scotia office instead of CEM. You have to use the email given by CEM during ur 2nd AOR.. In ur 2nd AOR letter they have included their email add wherein u can direct ur inquiry.
