About to FINALLY send in my application to Mississauga. I am not sure if it will be sent in via Canada Post or Fedex but am curious what others used and did you request a signature?

There was no place around here that had the right size cut for the pictures. We were able to get the pictures but they are uncut. Should I send them up to my sponsor who is in Canada and see if he can get them cut at some place (suggestions welcome for up there) or should I cut them myself?
