Mine has passed background verification and got stuck in “eligibility”. It’s been about 6 weeks waiting for the eligibility to vet completed.

Awesome, maybe Montreal is the slowest one ‍(I don’t know), 5 weeks from the background check verification and still waiting for rhe portal rmail.
