I got my medical forms from Detroit after 2 weeks. The file was transferred from buffalo to detroit on 12 April 2010. Detroit office received my file on 19 april 2010. I got my medical forms on 27 april 2010. I did my medical on 29 april 2010. Hope you will get the medical forms soon.
