Just fill first name in both columns n it will work...did it for my uncle...

This is weird....you should visit near by bluedart office,share ur AWB n they will accept ur package after confirming ur AWB or call bluedart customer care.this is bluedart error not VFS,so VFS will not be of much help

What advice u need

Always there r two copies (one IRCC copy n one Client)

If courier office is not that far just go n drop urself...
