My NOC is 3113 ( Dentist ) It is listed under MODERATE DEMAND. Do you think Albert even considers sending NOI to people other than HIGH DEMAND AND MODERATELY HIGH DEMAND LIST ? Has anyone been lucky ?

You are spot on. When the L paper was given...I first flipped through and saw the diagrams and thumped my heart saying Oh no yaar...the trap is awaiting me :D ( i was telling my frnds prior to the exam...if maps dont come... i will seal the deal for sure and walk out of the exam hall...
