. My ecas mentioned "We sent you a letter on September 17, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us." What is the catch in between a letter and a correspondence? Please explain brother. Does this mean a letter through the postal service?

If u have Decision Made in place of In Process ...b4 MR....then it means Rejection...........I recently came across a case like this.
