what don't you make upfront than waiting for medical request. I mean it will take them ages to give you the request. i have done it that way.

It took me 4 days. But you have to send it to the specific visa office who is processing your application.

This guy is right. If you are applying through non sds catagory you don't need IELTS. I'm telling you this from my experience.
