thanks, you know what just email the embassy and ask them about the status of your application.I sent them an email and asked them about the status of my application and they answered back with the request of my Passport the other day.so try it ,hope it will work out for you.

its very weird but why dont you call them and ask them about this issue.as far as i know it must be sent by Fedex if you are sending them not from the country of origin.
