    I am not aware of any case they check its credit history!! but they might ask for the balance on your credit card later.

    You can also ask your parents or one of your relatives to transfer this money to your bank account in Canada, and then claim that this was your money in your home country or this was a gift from your parents. but you have to show them the transfer's receipt

    I am not sure about having a wrong NOC code!! but usually if "you" make a mistake, your chances in the Federal court is low. you can also search through the links that I provided for similar cases
