I suggest to call IRCC, my PPR email was sent to the wrong email address. I got DM dec 9 I called irCC dec 23 and told me that they sent the PPR email on Dec 19, i requested to resend to the right email address.

I am planning to call IRCC today to confirm when did they received my Passport as i sent my passport to my representive and My representative didnt give any tracking no.

It happened to me too. Good thing i called iRCC Dec 23 and found out they already sent my PPR dec. 19. They sent to the wrong email address. A I requested it to send it again to the right email.

Congrats Luckychamp I called IRCC just an hour ago and found out that they already sent my PPR last December 19.. And congrats to ALL who got their PPR email. Cheers.

My file got DM last Dec 9 til now still waiting for PPR.
