Online applicants do not seem to belong to a particular office.

Congrats! Does this mean your case is in the "decision made" status? Does it show such a thing on your profile?

Congrats! Could you explain how the oath letter is delivered? By mail, email, or on your online tracker? Did you observe any changes on your profile prior to receiving the letter?

I would also call them. Something is wrong with their system and there is no guarantee they would not ask for the 3rd time!!!

So there is no specific office dedicated to processing our (online) applications. It is all over the place :)

I have not. I guess it is only the case for paper applicants. When I was applying online, there was no indication of all-pages-submission on my online profile. I know people who apply in December and they observed the same in their profile.

Did you receive the FP and test invite from the same office? Is this in the same city you live in?

This is a ghost update. This happened to me, too. Log into your account tomorrow and you will see a change. At this point, it could be one of the following: background check completed, fingerprint request, test invite. You will come to know which is the case, tomorrow. In a few days, you will...

I hope you get the update soon. I think it just depends on the officer who is processing your case. I took the test on Feb. 25th and got the update on the tracker on Mar. 1st. It seems my case is also in Niagara Falls while I live in London, ON.
