In the refusal letter it is mentioned that I will get my fee back within 8 weeks. I am worried because it is now more than 6 months.

Any comment.

I am also in the same boat.

They are just reducing their backlog without going through the applicant documents. Currently DM after RBVO and before medical is rejection. I think we should all form a group and appeal in the federal Court collectively.

Now a days there are so many wrong rejections on the basis of JD only. I thing we should form a group and act collectively.

I applied through a consultant and many applicant who applied through the same consultant having same JD are through to the next stage.

My question for the seniors is that can we ask for Review once case is refused on the basis of JD not matching. The feed back which I am getting is against it. Any comments.

My case is exactly the same. Yesterday I got DM from RBVO and today I receive the rejection letter.

Mine is also the same case.

For Pakistan its now 26 months.

Thanks for the reply. My concern is that the visa officers might be looking at the file with old NOC more closley to find any error or omission to make the ground for rejection, which they might be overlooking before. Chughtai
