We received our certificates yesterday, 3 days after oath ceremony. We didn't request urgent processing, I think it comes down to when they ship and where you are located.

Yes, we got the exact same response from the Vancouver office about 3-6 months after DM on file. We got our oath invite just before we hit the 3 month mark, however there seems to be no rule of thumb when it comes to the timeframe by the looks of it.
