Hi , I have got my citizenship exam date for 14 Dec 2017 in Ottawa Ontario. My question is :- i want to change date/time of exam. How to do it .. tried call center. Is there any call center or helping form for that.

Depending upon which city are you in go to any accredited company by IRCC. http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/who-can-conduct-criminal-record-check#ac So its 56 $ per person fee in Ottawa. I dont know which is next step, will wait & update you guys once i get it.

Yes you can show .. surrender value of insurance as proof of funds .. I showed it & i am there in Canada now. Equity you can show .. try to avoid it .. (but yes you can show mutal funds (either equity or TAX SAVER FUND)
